SHIPPING
1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders (Hong Kong) are delivered in 1-3 business days.
International orders (USA, UK, EU. AUS & ASIA) typically arrive within 3-7 business days. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong within 24-48 hours.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free express shipping on all orders within Hong Kong. For international orders, we provide free global shipping on all orders over U$200.
3. Which carriers do you use for shipping?
We partner exclusively with globally reputed carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your order is delivered quickly and securely.
4. Will I have to pay any import taxes or duties?
No, you will not face any surprise fees. For international orders, any applicable import taxes and customs duties are calculated and included in the total cost at checkout.
5. Do you ship worldwide and are there any restrictions?
We ship to most countries worldwide! However, we are currently unable to ship to the following: Russia, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, the Crimea region, Venezuela, Belarus, PO Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).
6. How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can use this number to follow your package's journey directly on the carrier's website.
7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us immediately at support@viciousjewels.com. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered the fulfilment process, but we will always do our best to help.
8. What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your international order is lost by the shipping carrier, we will refund or replace the item immediately. For packages marked "delivered" that you haven't received, please check with neighbours and your local carrier depot first, then contact us so we can work with you to find a solution.
9. Why is my tracking information not updating?
It can sometimes take 24-48 hours for the tracking system to update after a shipping label is created. If your tracking hasn't updated after this time, please contact us at support@viciousjewels.comand we will investigate with the carrier.
10. What are your business days for processing orders?
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
RETRUNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for a full refund. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Custom-made or personalised jewellery cannot be returned.
2. How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal. Our automated system will guide you through every step and provide you with instructions.
3. How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered (as shown by tracking) for the returned item to arrive back at our warehouse.
4. What if my item is faulty or damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at support@viciousjewels.com. We will cover the return shipping costs and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
5. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment account.
6. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! For the fastest service, we recommend our simple exchange process: place a new order for the item you want and return your original item for a refund within 30 days. For more details, see our full Returns & Exchanges Policy.
7. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can use this number on the carrier's website (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) to follow your package's journey.
8. What payment methods do you accept?

9. How should I care for my jewellery?
To maintain its beauty, we recommend storing your jewellery in a dry place, avoiding contact with water, chemicals (like perfume or chlorine), and removing it during strenuous activities. A soft cloth can be used for gentle polishing.

All available sizes are clearly stated on each product page, accompanied by a detailed measurement guide to help you select the perfect fit.
PACKAGING & GIFTING
1. How is my order packaged for delivery?
As fellow watch lovers, we ensure your jewellery arrives securely in a premium watch case. We also include a spare fawn suede pouch for everyday storage.
2. Do you offer gifting?
Yes! Every order comes beautifully presented in our signature watch box, making it ready to give. You can also add a free personalized message for the recipient.
3. Will a receipt or invoice be included in the package?
No, we only include a discreet gift receipt. The price is never shown, ensuring a perfect gifting experience.
4. Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. We'll ensure the package arrives with a gift receipt and your personalized message (if added).
5. What if the recipient needs to exchange their gift?
No problem! The included gift receipt allows them to easily start a process through our online Returns Portal within the 30-day window.

3. Are the product colors on the website accurate?
We make every effort to display our products and colors accurately. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be a perfect match to the physical product.
