We operate a distributed fulfilment network with warehouses in:

Your order will automatically ship from the warehouse closest to your delivery address for fastest service.
2. Processing Time
- Orders typically process within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
- During peak seasons (November-January), allow 2-4 business days for processing
- You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer region-specific shipping to ensure timely delivery:
Asia-Pacific Orders:
- Standard shipping: 5-10 business days (tracking included)
North American Orders:
- USPS Priority or FedEx: 3-7 business days (tracking included)
European Orders:
- DHL Express: 4-8 business days (tracking included)

All Other International Destinations:
- FedEx International: 10-21 business days (tracking included)
Express shipping upgrades are available during checkout for all destinations, providing faster delivery options at an additional cost. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and local delivery conditions in your area.
All shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery. You'll receive your tracking information via email as soon as your order ships from our warehouse.
4. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 USD
- Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99 USD for orders under $75
- Express Shipping: Available for additional fee (calculated at checkout)
5. Customs & Import Fees
- Orders shipping within same region (ex: UK to EU) typically have no customs fees
- International shipments may be subject to duties/taxes
- Vicious Jewels does not cover these fees - they are the customer's responsibility
- Some orders may ship with duties prepaid (you'll be notified if this applies)
6. Order Tracking
- Tracking number provided via email when your order ships

7. Shipping Issues
For lost/damaged packages:

- We'll either reship or refund your order
