We strive to get your beautiful jewellery to you as quickly and securely as possible. To ensure peace of mind, we partner exclusively with globally reputed shipping carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
1. Shipping Destinations & Processing
- Processing Time: We ship all orders from our Hong Kong warehouse within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong).
- Where We Ship: We offer shipping to Hong Kong and most international destinations.
- Order Tracking: Every order comes with a tracking number. You will receive updated tracking information via email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
2. Shipping Options & Costs
Domestic (Hong Kong)
- All Orders: Enjoy FREE express shipping.
- Delivery Estimate: 1-3 business days after dispatch.
International
- Free Global Shipping: on all orders over $200 USD.
- Orders Under $200 USD: Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your location and the carrier's rates.
- Delivery Estimate: 5-7 business days after dispatch.
3. Important Shipping Information
- Delivery Timelines: All delivery times are estimates from the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs processing or weather. If you are ordering for a special occasion, please allow sufficient time for arrival and be aware of this.
- Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly by the customer.
- Risk of Loss: The responsibility for a shipment (also known as the 'risk of loss') passes to you, the customer, as soon as the package is delivered to your provided shipping address.
4. Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, any applicable import taxes and customs duties will be calculated and included in the total cost at checkout. You will not face any surprise fees upon delivery.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Reach out to us as soon as possible at support@viciousjewels.com While we cannot promise changes or cancellations once your order has been prepared for shipping, we will always do our best to accommodate your request. Your satisfaction is our priority.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the following:
- Countries/Regions: Russia, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, the Crimea region, Venezuela, and Belarus.
- Specific Areas: We are also unable to ship to certain remote regions or areas with underdeveloped postal services where our carriers (DHL/FedEx/UPS) do not offer reliable delivery.
- Address Types: PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
7. What If Something Goes Wrong?
Inspect Your Delivery:
Inspect your package for any signs of damage upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, please note this with the delivery driver and contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos.
Lost in Transit:
If your international order is lost by the shipping carrier, we will refund or replace the item immediately. Your peace of mind is our priority.
Tracking Shows "Delivered" But You Haven't Received It:
We understand these situations are frustrating. While the responsibility passes to the customer once a package is marked delivered, we won't leave you stranded. Please first check with household members, neighbours, and your local carrier depot. If you are unable to locate the package, contact us, and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
